Making ice cream
1 Take out the freezing bowl from the freezer (remove the plastic bag packed outside). Put the
freezing bowl by lifting the handle into the main body and gently rotate it to the proper place.
Attention:
The frozen liquid inside will be defrosted rapidly once it is taken out from the freezer, so
it should be used to make ice cream immediately.
2. You can make up to 1.5 L / 1.4 Quart of ice cream. Use the recipes on the attached page. As the
ice cream mixture will inflate during the freezing process, the mixture poured into the freezing bowl
should not exceed 1 / 2 of the bowl’s height. For the best result, put the mixture into the container
which is easy to pour out in advance.
3. Install well the connecting axis and mixing blade onto the top lid unit.
4. Pour your favorite recipe into the freezing bowl.
5. Switch the ON/OFF switch to position“1”, then the mixing begins..
6. The ice cream can be made within 25-30 minutes. The specific making time depends on the recipe
and volume of desserts.
Attention:
The making time of ice cream cannot be too long, otherwise the ice cream may
become too thick or too hard, which will cause the motor blocked. If this happens, switch the ON/
OFF switch to „0“ position, and remove the freezing bowl and server the ice cream with a spoon.
Attention:
The ice cream will become gradually from soft to hard as the mixing blade stirs inside
the freezing bowl.
Disassembly and Cleanness
Before cleanness, pull out the power plug, and cut off the power supply.
1. Use one hand to hold the opposite side of the unlock button on the top lid unit (see picture 3), and
use the other hand to press the unlock button gently, then lift and take out the whole top lid unit.
2. After removing the top lid unit, press the buckle (see picture 6) to dismount the transparent lid (see
picture 7) for cleaning.
3. Detach the mixing blade and connecting axis for cleaning (see picture 5). The mixing blade can be
kept inside the freezing bowl.
4. Take out the freezing bowl and put it on the countertop gently. Use the mixing blade to remove the
ice cream sticking on the surface of the freezing bowl to facilitate the cleaning.
5. Wash the plastic main body, freezing bowl, transparent lid, connecting axis and mixing blade with
washing detergent, then dry them.
Do not immerse the motor unit into water or under water. Only use the damp cloth to clean the external
surfaces.
Do not use the metal scoop to remove the ice cream sticking on surface of he freezing bowl.
Do not clean the appliance with the tray washer.
Do not use scrub detergent or hard implements to wash any parts.
Storage
If you do not use this appliance temporarily, you can store the power cord into the top lid unit. Dry
the inside and outside of the appliance, then store it in the shady place. Exposing it to the sunshine
outdoor is strictly prohibited.
Do not use the freezing bowl to store the frozen dessert. To put the dessert inside a sealed container
and then store it into the refrigerator will be better.
