The freezing time and preparation of the freezing bowl.
The freezing bowl must be totally frozen before startup. Before frozen, clean and dry the freezing bowl.
Do not put the recipe into the freezing bowl and freeze it in the freezer together! In order to avoid the
damage during freezing, we should pack the freezing bowl into a plastics bag. Make sure that the
freezing bowl is put on the smooth surface inside the freezer to get the even freezing effect. When
the ambient temperature inside the freezer is lower than -18C,the freezing time is around 18 hours (If
large volume of recipe is going to be added, the freezing time should be longer). In order to confirm
the liquid inside freezing bowl is frozen or not, just shake it lightly. If you can not hear the liquid flow, it
indicates the liquid is frozen.
Characteristics and Advantages
1. The refill lid is a transparent lid. It connects a silica gel bar to the motor unit so as to prevent the
missing of the refill lid. Through the refill window and transparent lid, you can watch the process of
making ice cream.
2. The mixing blade mixes and ventilates the mixture to make the ice cream soft.
3. 1.5L freezing bowl— inside the double-layer cavity, there is the cooling storage liquid.
4. The motor unit includes the synchronous motor, which is used to drive the mixing blade to stir the
making of ice cream.
5. ON/OFF switch to control the working of mixing motor.
6. The power cord storage lid connects the motor unit through a silica gel bar so as to prevent the
missing of it. When storing the ice cream maker, you can store the power cord into the top lid unit,
and then cover the power cord lid. In this case, we cannot see the power cord form the surface of
the appliance.
7. There is a handle on freezing bowl used to lift the bowl. Do not shake the freezing bowl with force,
otherwise the bowl will be dropped onto the floor and be damaged, which will cause the freezing
bowl the inability of freezing.
8. Rubber foot— The skid proof foot is used to keep the appliance stable when using it.

This appliance is with such a safety feature that the motor will stop running automatically
when it is overheated. When the dessert is very thick, or the appliance has worked for a
very long time, or the size of some ingredient is too big, then it is possible that the motor
will be blocked.
Assembly
1. Disassemble the appliance as picture 1-7 show, and the assembly is just in reverse order.
2. As picture 7 shows, lock the transparent lid and motor unit gently..
3. Assemble the connecting axis and mixing blade as picture 5 shows.
4. Put the freezing bowl into the main body, and rotate the bowl gently to make sure it is matched
completely.
5. As shown in picture 3, lock well the top lid unit and the main body by matching well the snap joints.
6. Open the power cord lid to pull out the power cord and then close it. (see picture 2)
7. Open the refill lid.(see picture 2)
