WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Congratulations on buying this product from 4MBO International Electronic AG,
Fabrikstraße 45, D-73207 Plochingen. You have acquired an appliance of a high
technical standard and proven quality. Should you ever have a problem with this
product, however, please take note of the following terms of guarantee:
1. The period of guarantee is three years, commencing on the day of
purchase. Please retain the till receipt as proof of purchase. During the period
of guarantee, defective blood pressure monitors may be returned carriage
forward to our customer support address stated below. You will then receive
a new or repaired appliance free of charge.
2. The guarantee will become void if repairs are carried out without the explicit
approval of our company.
3. Besides the rights arising from this guarantee, you are also entitled to all
statutory rights both towards our company and towards the vendor of this
product.
4. With any technical problems and queries relating to this product, please
contact our appointed customer support centre stated below. Please have the
following information ready when you speak to our representative:
a) description of the fault observed
b) proof of purchase or receipt.
5. Once the period of guarantee has expired, you will also have the option to
send the defective appliance for repair to the address stated below. Repairs
incurred after the period of guarantee has expired are liable to costs. We
must also charge for preparing a quotation. The costs incurred will obviously
be set against any order placed with us.
