a)
Place the cuff around
your wrist, make sure
that the bottom edge of
the cuff is about 5 -10
mm above the palm of
your left hand (Fig. B).
Make sure that the cuff
is placed on the bare
skin with no clothing in
between.
b)
Hold the bottom part of
the wrist cuff as
illustrated in figure C.
Pull the cuff tight and
wrap it upwards so that
there is no gap between
the cuff and your wrist.
c)
While you wrap the cuff
upwards, hold the cuff
cover with your thumb.
d)
Wrap the cuff around
your wrist to suit its
form. If the cuff is not
wrapped tight enough,
the pressure will be
falsely higher and the
wrist go numb. Correct
measuring is then not
possible.
