(Also discuss with your physician)
Remember that only the physician can interpret your blood
pressure values. Never venture self-diagnosis or self-treatment. We
recommend you to discuss your blood pressure values with your
physician.
The blood pressure is changing constantly. You should not be
frustrated by two or three bad readings, and don’t fly into high
spirits if a few readings are good. The blood pressure changes
during the day as during the month. It is also influenced by the
time of year and the temperature. Monitor your blood pressure
regularly and keep a full record of all readings. This allows you to
make a competent judgment.
