Seat does not move down (seat does not
respond when pushing the handle for seat
height adjustment).
• Bowden pull wire for seat height
adjustment is torn / seat height
adjustment does not operate.
• Handle support for seat height
adjustment is defective.
Replace the Bowden pull wire for
seat height adjustment
(see Chapter 3.9).
Replace the handle support for seat
height adjustment (see Chapter 3.9).
The seat changes its position during
operation:
• Seat lowers down
• Seat moves up by itself
• Seat oscillates
• Bowden pull wire for seat height
adjustment is not correctly adjusted.
• Bowden pull wire for seat height
adjustment is torn.
• Level control is defective.
• Air connections are leaky (air leaks at
the connections of the air hoses).
• Air hoses are leaky.
Check the Bowden pull wire for seat
height adjustment and adjust it, if
necessary (see Chapter 3.8).
Replace the Bowden pull wire for
seat height adjustment
(see Chapter 3.9).
Check leveling valve and level control
(Chapter 2.4, inspection steps 1.1
and 2.1).
Check all air connections for air
leakage and replace the component
with a defective air connection with a
new one if necessary.
Check all air hoses for air leakage
and replace a defective air hose (air
hose set), if necessary
(see Chapter 3.22).
