Operation

1. Turn on electrostatics only when the applicator

is in SAFE POSITION.

2. Do not move the gun out of the SAFE POSITION

before the blanking time has elapsed and arc

detection is active.

Use interlocking signals between the controller and

the device performing the gun’s motion control. See

SAFE POSITION, page 26

for more information.
