6.3.3.2 Delivery oil filter (Main pump)

Change the delivery filter cartridge (2, fig. 15) every 400 hours, every time the oil
is changed or when the filter clogged indicator lights comes on.
Check for filter clogging by pushing the red button (1, fig. 15). Gearbox oil should
be warm (over 35°C) and with engine at max. Rpm rate. If the button comes up,
the filter must be changed.
WARNING: The red button comes up every time the tractor is started. To check
for filter clogging, the above operation is therefore necessary.
Screw filter housing 2, fig. 15 out to change the cartridge.
6.3.3.3 Delivery oil filter (Service pump)
The cartridge of the delivery filter must be replaced after every 400 hours
service and whenever the oil is changed.
Unscrew the body of the filter in order to replace the cartridge.
6.3.4 Brake oil
Check the level every 150 hours.
The reservoir N° 1 fig. 30, installed behind the dashboard, must be at least
three-quarters full.
It is advisable to use AGIP ATF II D oil.
The oil in the hydraulic circuit must be changed every 2 years.
No particular maintenance is required. Just check the level every so often.
If air penetrates into the circuit, top up the level, then bleed the brakes by
loosening the screws on the bleeders N° 2 fig. 4. Now work the brake pedal until
fluid flows out for a continuous and lengthy period (without air bubbles). Top up
the level in the reservoir N° 1 fig. 30 again.
Since the operation is a delicate one, it is advisable to have it carried out by
specialized personnel.
