When you do not want to be disturbed, you can enable “No Disturb” service. All inbound calls
can only get the busy tone, but the outbound calls are not restricted.

1) “No Disturb” service is based on SIP protocol, so it only take effect for SIP version;
2) When “No Disturb” service is enabled, all “Call Forward” service can not take effect,
and directly reply in 486 Busy.

When you do not want your caller ID displayed in the callee’s terminals, you can enable the
“Caller ID Block” service, and hide your caller ID.

1) “Caller ID Block” service is based on SIP protocol, and it only take effect for SIP
version;
2) VOIP GATEWAY32 realizes Caller ID Block service through set Displayname in
From Domain of INVITE message to be “Anonymous”, and does not change the
Username. The reason is it will not affect the billing function of interconnection
platform. But there still will have these problems:
a) If the product in opposite side not only read the DisplayName segment, but
also read UserName segment during displaying the caller ID, the “Caller ID
Block” function will not take effect;
b) Some platform will refuse a call directly because the DisplayName segment is
“Anonymous” during authentication, and in this case, please do not enable
“Caller ID Block” service.
