confirm whether the function of “IP Routing Fallback to PSTN” is enabled or not. If enabled,
the call will fall back to PSTN through FXO port.
Because IP net and PSTN net numbers may have differences, after the call fall back to
PSTN from IP net, the callee number can be changed to adapt to the dial requirements of
PSTN.

Under normal circumstances, after VOIP GATEWAY32 finishes collecting the number
dialed, it will choose the matched route to call out. But under some special situation, user
hopes switch the route through dialing a special number.

1) FXS port pick up, and R32 play dial tone of IP side;
2) Dial special number ( e.g. # ) to switch to PSTN, and hear the dial tone from PSTN

Tips
In this configuation, if user want to start a call from IP side, just
directly dial the number of IP side after picking up and can enter IP
call process.
If dial speical number to change to PSTN route, network parameters
inquiry, local port number inquiry etc. can not take effect.

Tips
Under this configuration, If you want to call PSTN, just dial PSTN
number directly after pick up the phone;
FXS off hook, if the call can not switch to IP route, network
parameters inquiry, local port number inquiry can not take effect;
This function only take effect under Dual Mode
