Regeneration Number Change Diagram
This page is used to configure number change rules from IP-To-PSTN, under One-stage
mode. And for each rule, it can consist of multiple basic rules. Those rules apply to the
destination number only.
One-stage mode (refer to Section
6.3.1
), FXO port is used as trunk port of IP/PSTN.
Caller of IP side, dial FXO number and callee number of PSTN side. Receiving the calling
request, FXO port will change the number according to the number change rule of this port,
and send the changed number to PSTN form FXO.
In Section
5.5.3
, The number change rule 4: “ChangeType” is “DelPrefix”, “ChangeLen” is 3;
The number change rule 5: “Change Type” is “DelPrefix”, “ChangeLen” is 1.
In Figure 38, all 1-8 ports of FXO are filled by 9. When IP side receive a call request of
922302952 which is callee number, system will choose a free FXO port by port polling, (refer
to Section
6.12
) and change the number according to the number change rules, which
means the callee number will be changed into 22302952 and sent to PSTN.
