VOIP GATEWAY32 supports 2 upgrade methods: HTTP and TFTP. You can get the
upgrade patch from the new version patch released by our company, and the name of the
patch should follow the specification of the rules. (Refer to Section
7.1
)
If you want to upgrade in HTTP, please select the upgrade patch, click “update”, then
system will begin to upgrade. HTTP can upgrade 5 file systems:
Software: the packaged application software
Driver: the packaged driver program, including 3 modules: Boot, Firmware,
and Kernel
Configure File: voip_config.ini

h323_config.val
Logo: customized enterprise Logo picture in the left top of the web page, the
file name is “companylogo.jpg”. The product name picture is in the middle top of the
web page. The file name is “productname.jpg”.
Voice File: it is for the welcome message voice file when pstn calls is incoming.
The file name should be seconddialtone.wav, this voice file format should be 16
bits ,8HZ, mono wav file, no more than 200K bytes. You may recorder it by any
recording software like windows recorder.
Notice
When you are uploading Logo pictures, please pay attention to the
the picture size, it should be 224 (width) * 86 (height) pixels, and for
product picture, the size should be 654 (width) * 86 (height) pixels.
For both pictures, the file size should be no bigger than 100k bytes.
You need reboot the product to make the upgrade take effect.
