Preparation before Sewing Computerized Control System for Square Buttonhole Machine

When the threading open

①

is at up position, user need pull out the bobbin thread upward and adjust the tension

in the way below:

Straight

Buttonhole

0.05~0.15N

Hold and swing the thread from bobbin case, the case will go down
slightly.

Zigzag

Buttonhole

0.15~0.3N

Hold and shake the thread from bobbin case with strength, the case will
go down.

Turn the tension screw

to right to increase the bobbin thread tension, to left to decrease the tension.

※

When the chemical thread is used, please decrease the tension slightly; increase the

tension when the cotton thread is used.

※

After adjusting the bobbin thread tension, user also needs to check the needle thread

tension in the sewing parameters.

Installation of Knife

In order to avoid the personal injury caused by the sudden start of
machine, user has to turn off power and make sure the motor stops
before performing the following operation
