To install the
GC228A
select an appropriate indoor or outdoor location.
The unit should be mounted on a panel or wall. Cut a 2.5” X 2.5” hole in the panel or wall and bring to this location
wiring cables for:
•
The Auto-Valance Motor and LED lights
•
110VAC supply wires
•
12VDC supply wires
1.
Install the
GC228A
:
a.
Remove the snap on decorative front panel
b.
Strip ¼” of insulation from all wires
c.
Loosen the retaining sDCew and insert each wire in the proper location on the edge connector as
shown in Fig. 3
d.
Firmly tighten each retaining sDCew using a small sDCewdriver
e.
Mount the unit on the wall or panel using the sDCews provided
f.
Replace the decorative panel on the front

Connect the AC input wires of the
GC228B
to the outputs of the
GC228A

Connect the Auto-Valance and LED Lights connections to the respective DC outputs of the
GC228B

Connect the 110VAC power to the
GC228A
and the 12VDC supply wires to the
GC228B
