GBF Ventless Electric Fryer

GBF-35D & 50D-VH

Ensure Selector Switch is

in the

[OFF]

position

Set Power Switch to

[ON]

1. Set the temperature measurement unit (

ahrenheit or

elsius). Press and hold both

Arrow Keys

for

approximately ten (10) seconds until the display

shows

. Within two (2) seconds, use the

Up/Down

Arrow Keys

to adjust the temperature unit to the desired value. Without pressing any other keys, the new value

becomes effective three (3) seconds after the last keystroke. Within five (5) seconds, the display will blink and
return to showing the set-point value.
