Troubleshooting Steps
SPC Device Offline
If this error is generated, then communication has been lost to the SPC device. Try the
following steps until the problem is resolved.
Note: These steps are not in sequential order.
• Ensure that a SPC is actually in use. If no SPC is in use, disable this feature for the
affected fueling position.
• Cycle power to the SPC.
• Verify proper wiring from the SPC to the D-Box.
• Restart the Dispenser Hub.
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, then the SPC could be defective.
TRAC XXX Offline
If this error is generated, then communication has been lost to a TRAC Controller (XXX will
be the address of the TRAC that lost communication. Valid errors are

forecourt has never communicated with the TRAC device). Try the following steps until the
problem is resolved.

• Ensure that a TRAC Controller is actually in use. If no TRAC Controller is in use, disable
this feature.
• Cycle power to the TRAC Controller.
• Verify proper wiring from the TRAC Controller to the D-Box.
• Restart the Dispenser Hub.
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, then the SPC could be defective.
DCB XX - Side A Offline
If this error is generated, this means that the a specific DCB and/or side has lost
communication with the POS. Try the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Note: These steps are not in sequential order.
• Check the DCB address and side in Forecourt Installation programming to ensure that it is
correct.
• Cycle power to the affected fueling position.
• Verify proper wiring from the TRAC Controller to the affected fueling position.
• Restart the Dispenser Hub.
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, then the DCB could be defective.
