● Leave the spreader connected to the tractor;
● Make sure all drains are closed;
● Make sure all cleaning openings are closed;
● Pressure wash the entire product
and equipment. Open the cleaning
openings on top of the tank to clean
inside;
● Clean float inside the tank;
● Clean fill opening door flap and sides
to release the springs completely;
● Remove the directional valve cover
and clean the housing. Clean any
accumulation of dry manure;
● Fill 1/3 of the tank with water;
● Remove wheel chocks and release the parking brake;
● Move tractor back and forth to stir water inside the tank;
● Move to a spreading area and spread the wasted water to clean the
discharge pipe and hoses;
● Move to a storage area;
● Open drains of the impeller and spreader tank. Open the cleaning opening
of the distributor and spreader tank. Keep them open to allow ventilation.
