Utilisation de la zone de réchauffage
(sur certains modèles)
La zone appelée
WARMING ZONE
(Zone
de réchauffage) se trouve au centre et à
l'arrière de la surface de cuisson.
Commencez toujours en y mettant des
aliments chauds. Ne l'utilisez pas pour
réchauffer des aliments froids. Si vous
mettez des aliments non cuits ou froids
sur la
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de
réchauffage), vous vous exposez à des
maladies d'origine alimentaire.
Pour utiliser la
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de
réchauffage) :
Tournez le bouton
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de réchauffage) au réglage désiré,
entre
HI
(Max.) et
LO
(Min.).
Pour éteindre la
WARMING ZONE
(Zone
de réchauffage) :
Ramenez le bouton
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de réchauffage) à
OFF
(Arrêt).
Pour obtenir des résultats optimums, tous
les aliments placés sur la
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de réchauffage) doivent être
recouverts d'un couvercle ou de papier
d'aluminium.
Utilisez toujours des poignées ou des
moufles isolantes pour retirer des
aliments de la
WARMING ZONE
(Zone de
réchauffage) car l'ustensile de cuisson
sera chaud.
Un voyant
HOT SURFACE
(Surface
brûlante) s'allume lorsque la surface en
verre est chaude et reste allumé jusqu'à ce
qu'elle soit suffisamment froide au
toucher. Il est possible que des réglages
plus bas ne réchauffent pas suffisamment
la surface de verre pour faire allumer le
voyant
HOT SURFACE
.
REMARQUE :
La
WARMING ZONE
ne devient
pas rouge, contrairement aux éléments de
surface.

Le tableau ci-dessus indique uniquement le réglage
initial. La température, le type et la quantité d'aliments, le
type d'ustensile de cuisson et la période de réchauffage
ont tous des répercussions sur la qualité des aliments.
ATTENTION :
Ne laissez pas
d'aliments sur la
WARMING ZONE
(ZONE DE
RÉCHAUFFAGE) pendant plus de deux heures.
■
N'utilisez pas de pellicule en plastique pour
recouvrir les aliments. Le plastique pourrait
fondre sur la surface de cuisson et être très
difficile à nettoyer.
■
Utilisez uniquement des ustensiles
recommandés pour la cuisson sur le dessus
d'une cuisinière.
