5.0 Operations
In this section you will find information on how to
properly turn your Falcon 60 H Laminator on, learn
functions of the control panel, increase and decrease
temperature, properly load and unload film, use of the
unwind brake tensioning system, rewind brake tensioning,
how to manually set the nip for mounting, and foot switch
function.
The following general rules should always be
adhered while operating this machine.

D o not w ear ties, loose fit cloth ing or
dangling jew elry w hile operating or
servicing the lam inator. T hese item s can get
caugh t in the nip and choke you or you can
be cru shed or burned.
IN F O R M A T IO N
T he m achine w ill only operate if all
four em ergency stops are unlatched and
R E SE T has been p ressed.
It is un safe to sheet feed w ithout the
pressu re plate properly placed on
the front feed table.
