Power Interruption
If for any reason the electrical power is interrupted
or the circuit breaker is turned off, turn the power
off to the appliance by switching the main power
switch off. If there is possible equipment issue,
contact a factory authorized service representative
before attempting to restore the power.

High Temperature
To avoid burn injuries, handle the grease drawer
and the contents carefully. Use Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE).
ALL exterior components and attachments can get
very hot during or after operation. Handle with care
and use PPE.
With two sided cooking, the area between the
upper and lower grill grates should be regarded
as a DANGER ZONE. During two sided cooking the
operator must not be within this danger zone.

CAUTION
ALL Shields MUST BE IN PLACE CORRECTLY before
operating the appliance. This includes
❶ Left Side
Skirt, ❷ Right Side Skirt and ❸ Front Deflector
Shield.
Before operating this appliance, the

grease
drawer MUST be in place and sit completely inside
the drawer compartment.
When grease starts seeping through the overflow
hole of the drawer, operator MUST empty the grease
drawer.

CAUTION
To achieve proper cooking temperature and
performance, the Left and Right Side Skirts MUST
BE INSTALLED correctly before operation.
Proper Installation of Side Skirts:
• The top of side skirt bends outwards!
• The skirts sit along the inside edge of the lower
grate.
• The skirts must sit horizontally and firmly on the
lower grill grate.
• If skirt doesn’t fit, ensure you have the correct skirt
for the correct side, and the lower grate surface
where the skirt sits is clear of any obstructions or
debris.

Pinch Hazard
When the grill is on, do not touch or put hand near
the platen lift system at the back of the grill.
