Grease Drawer

CAUTION
Before operating this appliance, the grease drawer
MUST be in place and sit completely inside the drawer
compartment.
When grease starts seeping through the overflow hole
on the drawer, operator MUST empty the grease drawer.
Store tongs and nugget spatula under the grease drawer.
Oil Pan
The plastic oil pan
has been redesigned and upgraded. A
stainless steel container for the plastic oil pan is no longer
required. The oil pan can be hung directly onto the rail in
front of the grease drawer.
NOTE: Do not fill Canola oil above the fill line!
MAX
Nugget Spatula
Nugget Racks are no longer
required. Nuggets are to
be placed directly onto the
cook surface.
After the cook cycle, use the
nugget spatula to remove
chicken nuggets.
Kanban tray can be placed directly onto the front profile of
the side skirts.
Operator can then use the nugget spatula (

to rack the
nuggets into the food tray.
