Installation
4. Adjust the caster assembly by turning the caster
counterclockwise to increase the height or clockwise
to decrease the height.
5. The RED MARK on the threaded stem indicates the
maximum adjustment. These RED MARKS MUST NOT
BE VISIBLE.

Adjusting the height above the red mark could
cause the caster to fail and the unit to tip over.

6. To secure the caster assembly, tighten the caster jam
nut against the chassis.
REMOVING STAINLESS STEEL PLASTIC FILM COVER
All plastic protective film must be removed before turning
on the appliance.
The film covers both internal and external components (e.g.
side panels, grease shield).
1. Using a plastic scraper, wedge the film away from the
stainless steel.
2. Grasp and pull the film very gently away from the
stainless steel.

REMOVING THE “DESI PAK” BAGS (IF REQUIRED)
•
Desi Pak are used to protect the electronic components
by controlling humidity levels within the equipment.
•
Desi Pak bags are only intended to be left inside the
equipment during shipping and storage. .
•
Keep these bags in the equipment while in storage or
not in operation.
To remove the Desi Pak:
1. Turn the Green Power
Main Switch OFF
.
(Green light is off.)
2. Remove the two Phillip screws located on each side
of the front panel below the user interface. Store the
screws in a save place.
3. Gently move the panel up slightly to dislodge from
the hooks on each side.
4. Move the panel slowly away from the front. Watch
and do not break the wires and connectors.
5. Remove the bags.
6. Reinstall cover and tighten the screws.
