LEVELING
•
Position and level the appliance under the hood and in
its normal operational position.
•
IMPORTANT:
•
Ensure grill is level side to side.
•
The grill MUST slope to the front such that the
back of the cook surface is ½” higher than the
cook surface at the front to promote forward
grease flow.
•
To achieve the desired slope, measure from floor
to lower grill cook surface, 34” height at back
and 33.5” height at front.

•
Adjust the unit by turning the casters clockwise to raise
the unit and counterclockwise to lower the unit.
•
Ensure equipment will not tip or slide.
BACK CASTER ORIENTATION
Ensure that when at the final position, the back casters do
not protrude beyond the back panel as shown below.
ADJUSTING THE CASTERS
NOTE:

All casters are height adjustable.

There is NO swivel locking on the casters.
•
Back casters do not swivel.
To Adjust the Height of Casters:
1. Ensure the Green
Power Switch is OFF.
(Green light is off.)
2. Use equipment to carefully raise the grill slightly
so that the wheel is off the ground and no longer
bearing unit weight.
3. Loosen caster jam
nut by turning it
counterclockwise with
a wrench.
Important
Each caster assembly has a nut (above, an example) on the
underside to secure the swivel system.
NEVER loosen this
nut.
This nut is intended for the caster swivel system only.
