ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Warning
Authorized Service Representatives are obligated to
follow industry standard safety procedures, including,
but not limited to, local/national regulations for
disconnection / lock out / tag out procedures for all
utilities including electric, gas, water and steam.

Disconnect power supply before starting this procedure.
•
IMPORTANT
The appliance must be electrically grounded in
accordance with local codes, or in the absence of local
codes, with the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA70,
or the Canadian Electrical Code CSA C22.2, as applicable.
•
The appliance is equipped with a standard NEMA
15-50P plug with the appropriate strain relief for your
protection against shock hazard. The appliance should
be plugged directly into a properly grounded three
prong receptacle.
• DO
NOT
cut or remove the grounding prong from this
plug.
•
It is recommended to allow enough slack on the
electrical cord to allow the appliance to be pulled out
for proper regular cleaning and maintenance.
• DO
NOT
USE AN EXTENSION CORD TO CONNECT THIS
UNIT TO A POWER SUPPLY.
Start-Up and Function Test
NOTE: The grill is not equipped with a circuit breaker.

Front to back: Measure from floor to lower grill cook surface, 33.5” height at front and 34” height at back (lower grill grate has a ½-inch
slope to the front to promote forward grease flow). Adjust casters as required.
