WARNING: By pressing once the RECIPES key the oven exits the
programming mode and goes back to MANUAL cooking mode.
The CHAMBER display indicates the temperature of the coo-
king chamber (TEMPERATURE icon flashing) and the TIME/HU-
MIDITY display indicates the time value of the initial turning on
(00:00) (TIME icon is lit).
During the cooking, keep pressing the HUMIDITY key and the DECRE-
ASE key simultaneously in order to activate the manual humidification
for as long as the two keys are pressed.
During the execution of the humidification of the oven, the HUMIDITY
icon is permanently green lit.
In case of change of rotation of the fan/ ‘‘reverse’’ motors, the humidi-
fication is interrupted momentarily and then restarted if the two keys
are pressed again.
4.3.5 Cooking steps in a program
When the PROGRAMMING mode is selected, the STEPS key allows vi-
sualization of the steps that make up the program. Press the key to
move from a step to the next (the current step is indicated by the
STEPS icon: if the oven is in step 1 the F1 led is lit). The following pa-
rameters can be modified in every step: time, temperature, humidity.
4.3.6 Accessing an already stored program
In order to activate a cooking program that has already been stored it
is necessary to execute the following procedure:
- Press once the RECIPES key to access the programming mode. The
P01 recipe is flashing on the CHAMBER/PROGRAMS display (PRO-
GRAMS LIBRARY icon permanently red-lit).
Increase up to the value of the recipe to be used for instance P25 and
after a 5 seconds timeout the specific recipe is confirmed (or by pres-
sing the P8 RECIPES key). The data associated to the recipe will appear
on the display.
-Only on display 1 for example P01 will be visualized with its related
icons all turned off as on display 2 all turned off.
- Press once the RECIPES key to access the programming mode. The
CHAMBER/PROGRAMS display (PROGRAMS LIBABRY icon green-lit)
indicates ‘‘P1’’.
- The number of the desired program can be selected using the IN-
CREASE and DECREASE keys.
-Press once the START/STOP key to start the selected cooking pro-
gram.
- During the execution of a program the visualization and adjustment
of the cooking parameters are performed as described in the MA-
NUAL mode operation (paragraph 2.4).
