Section 12 The Peripheral Board
12.1 Accessing the Board
To obtain access to the peripheral board set up menus, enter the IP address and port number
of the analyzer followed by “userio.html” into your web browser’s address line as shown
below. See Section 5 for more information about connecting to the analyzer via the web
based GUI.
http://ipi.pip.ipi.pip:PPPPP/userio.html
As an example, if the IP address is 123.456.789.123 and the port number is 12345, enter
http://123.456.789.123:12345/userio.htm
The
Peripheral Board
menu includes the following two tabs:
•
The
Status
tab (Section 1.2) presents the status of the analog and digital inputs and
outputs.
•
The
Manual Override
tab (Section 1.3) is used to calibrate analog outputs and
activate/deactivate digital relays and solenoids.
The Manual Override tab allows the operator to make changes to the
peripheral board of the instrument. Any change will permanently delete the
present value. Access to these tabs should be restricted to qualified
individuals who understand the impact of any change.
