Only pure water or distilled water are available, conductivity< 20

It must keep a certain temperature in water circulation access to avoid mist
condensation on the lens.
Maximum water pressure to cooling nozzles is 0.5MPa, and makes sure the
minimum flow rate no less than 2.0 l/min at the same time.
The outer and inter diameter of connector tube is ø6/ ø4 mm.

Connect the pipe which joint with B1 port to “1” →connect the “2” port with
the “IN” port on the picture 4-16 →connect the “OUT” port on the picture 4-17

Caution
: water cooling channel corrosion risk
To prevent any possible corrosion, the equipment manufacturer should set
equipment maintenance cycle.
For protecting the water cooling channel (stainless steel material) from electric
chemical corrosion, please use stainless steel or plastic material (no copper or
brass)
