8.6 Clearing Data
You may clear GPS data, menu settings
and all backup data to start afresh.
1. Press the [MENU] key once or twice to
open the menu.
2. Select ERASE and press the [ENT] key.
3. Select GPS DATA?, MENU SETTINGS,
or ALL BACKUP DATA as appropriate
and press the [ENT] key. One of the fol-
lowing messages appears.

4. Press the [ENT] key. The following dis-
play appears.

5. Hit any key to erase item selected. A
beep sounds while the selected item is
being erased, and then the plotter dis-
play appears.
