The telephone functions D5 / FC5 Series
Enabling / disabling standard call diver-
sion

Navigate to either the entry "Set up call
diversion" or "Erase call diversion"

Confirm with a keystroke on the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[OK].
The relevant heading «Set up call di-
version» or «Erase call diversion» ap-
pears in the header of the display.

Select the diversion type that you wish
to set up or disable.

Confirm with a keystroke on the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[OK].

If you have selected the disable func-
tion, it is executed.

In all other cases:

Wait until the input field for the num-
ber appears in the display.

Enter the number to which incoming
calls must be diverted.

Confirm the selection with the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[OK].
Configuring call diversions

Navigate to either the , or
icon.
The heading «On al calls», «On busy»
or «On no reply».appears in the header
of the display

Confirm with a keystroke on the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[OK].

Navigate to either the «Internal calls»
or «External calls» entry

Confirm with a keystroke on the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[OK].

Wait until the line with the checkbox for
activating / deactivating call diversion
as well as the input line for the number
appear in the display.

Navigate to the line with the checkbox
and activate / deactivate call diversion
with the
LEFT SOFTKEY
[Change].

Navigate to the input line for the num-
ber and enter the number, to which the
incoming calls must be diverted.

Confirm with the
RIGHT SOFTKEY
[Options] and end with
[OK] for «Cancel» or «Save».
