When transfer of this page is requested by the MODE SENSE or  MODE SENSE
EXTENDED command, the IDD reports X '16' as the page length.  However, in the
MODE SELECT and MODE SELECT EXTENDED commands, if  either X '16,' X '12' or
X '0A is specified, it is treated as if the IDD has specified the correct page length.  The X
'12' and X '0A' page lengths have been included in consideration of compatibility with
previous models, but it is recommended that the INIT use the X '16' page length to support
