Removing a Color from the Scanned Image
(Dropout Color)
You can select either green, red, blue (primary colors), or a
color of your choice to remove the details of the selected color
from a scanned image.
For example, if a document with black characters and a green
background is scanned, only the black characters will appear
on the scanned image if [Green] is selected.

Load documents in the ADF paper chute.

Start up ScandAll PRO and click the [Scan] menu

The [TWAIN Driver (32)] dialog box appears.

Dropout works the best with light (low density) colors, and dark
colors may not drop out.
Dropout color is only available in black & white or grayscale
mode.

If the [TWAIN Driver (32)] dialog box does not appear,
check the setting in ScandAll PRO by clicking the [Tool]
menu

[Preferences] to open the [Setup] dialog box,
then confirm that [TWAIN] is selected for [Device Driver]
in the [Scan] tab.
