This command controls exclusive access to a logical unit (IDD) under a multi-initiator environment
together with the RELEASE and RELEASE EXTENDED commands.
The IDD is reserved by the INIT that issued this command or for another SCSI device specified in the
CDB.
The functions of this command are the same as for the Group 0 RESERVE command (Section 3.1.11),
except that it is possible to specify the third party reserve function to SCSI devices with SCSI IDs 15 to
8.
