Speed Dialing (Specifying a Destination Using an Address Number)
You can use address numbers to specify recipients. Register the address numbers for speed
dialing in advance.
When you specify address numbers, confirm that the corresponding fax numbers are correctly registered on the machine.
For information on how to register address numbers, refer to "5 Tools" > "Setup" > "Add Address Book Entry" in the
Administrator Guide.

•
If you have entered an incorrect value, press the <C (Clear)> button and enter the correct value.
•
You can specify only fax recipients using address numbers for the Simple Fax service. The number
registered for the Internet Fax service cannot be specified.

Press the <Speed Dial> button, and enter a 4-
digit address number.
