5.3 Using Other Print Services
Note
When this feature is enabled, you can search for this machine, which cannot be discovered by Bonjour, because it is
connected to a different subnet.
1.
Start CentreWare Internet Services and log in as the administrator.
2.
Click [Network]>[Bluetooth].
3.
Check the [Port (Bluetooth Low Energy)] box.
4.
Select the checkbox of [iBeacon for Printers].
5.
Click [Save].
Printing with AirPrint
Here, iOS is used as an example to explain.
1.
Open the e-mail, photo, web page, or document to print.
2.
Tap the action icon

3.
Tap [Print].
4.
Select the machine and set machine options.
5.
Tap [Print].
Mopria
Mopria Print is a service that enables connections from Android smartphones and tablets (Android 4.4 or later) to a
Mopria-certified printer for printing without any special configuration.
First, go to the Google Play Store, download the Mopria Print Service application, and then install it on your Android
device.
For printing, connect to the same network as this machine or make a direct connection with Wi-Fi Direct.
Note
When the authentication/accounting features have been turned on, open CentreWare Internet Services and configure
[Permissions] > [Permissions] > [Access Control] > [Non-Account Print] to [Unlocked].
Setting Mopria Print Service in the Machine
1.
Launch CentreWare Internet Services, and then log in as a machine administrator.
2.
From the left-side menu, click [Network].
3.
Under [Mobile Printing], click [Mopria®] and select the [On] checkbox.
4.
Click [Save].
