[User ID]
Configure the user ID to authenticate with external services.
Note
This setting may not be available even when [User ID] is configured depending on the type of external service. Check the
settings of the external service to be used.
[Password]
Configure the password to be used for authentication.
[Notify Device/Authentication]
Configure whether to send information to identify this machine and authentication information of users to the
connection destination for each connection to an external service.
Note
Typically, the setting is not configured.
[Notify Authorization Info]
Configure whether to send the privileges information of users to the connection destination for each connection to
an external service.
[Functional Code]
Configure as necessary when using a linked service.
Settings when verifying server certificates
You can configure to verify server certificates when connecting to an external server (ASP) to prevent phishing, like
web browsers of Windows do.
Use a root certificate of a root certificate organization that issues server certificates (certificate authority certificate)
for verification of server certificates.
Note
The following certificate authority certificate file formats are compatible.
- DER encoded binary X.509 format (.CER)
- Base64 encoded X.509 format (.CER)
- Cryptographic Message Syntax Standard - PKCS #7 certificate format (.P7B)
