Requirements for
Commissioning
The following requirements must be fulfilled for commissioning:

Torch body change station bolted to the surface and supplied with compressed air

All torch body sensors tested, wire sensor set up
-
All torch bodies prepared
-
Torch body coupling installed
-
Function of the torch body coupling checked
-
The robot has been set up using the robot programming aid
-
WF 30i TWIN installed in the welding system
Start-up
Torch body change station start-up is initiated by an active signal from the robot controller.

CAUTION!
Risk of injury from falling objects.
For example, objects may fall due to unintended or unintentional decoupling or coupling
errors.
► Wear a protective helmet suitable for industrial applications in the operating area of the
robot and torch body change station!
► Do not remain underneath the robot arm!
CAUTION!
Risk of damage due to impermissible force!
► Except for the Fronius components, there must be no other parts on or mounted on the
torch body change station!
► During operation, observe the max. permissible forces in accordance with the figures
below!

wall-mounted console - regardless of whether the wall-
mounted console is mounted on the rear of the device
or on the right-hand side of the device
