Torch body coupling not locked correctly
Cause:
The coupling areas of the torch body coupling and torch neck are covered
with grease/dirty/damaged
Remedy:
Ensure that the coupling areas are free of grease, clean, and undamaged
Cause:
Incorrect torch body change station/torch-body rack installation position
Remedy:
Torch body change station/torch-body rack must only be installed horizontally
(the gas nozzle of stored torch bodies must point downwards)
Cause:
Pneumatic or electrical control lines faulty
Remedy:
Replace faulty control lines
Cause:
Torch body coupling faulty/damaged
Remedy:
Unlock the torch body coupling by hand and send it to the manufacturer for
servicing
Cause:
Robot in incorrect position when changing the torch body
Remedy:
Program the robot as per the Operating Instructions
Pneumatic cover does not close
Cause:
The locking pin is locked
Remedy:
Release the locking pin lock
