torch-body racks
using the tactile
sensor
WARNING!
An electric shock can be fatal.
During the TouchSensing process, the tactile sensor has an open-circuit voltage of up to
70 V (max. 3 A).
► Do not touch the tactile sensor, the torch-body racks and the torch body change system
during the TouchSensing process.
► Observe the safety rules of the robot cell.
Requirements:

The torch-body racks to be measured must be free.

Each torch-body rack must be measured separately.
Process:
Replace tactile sensor (manual or automated)
Position the tactile sensor approximately in the center of the torch-body rack
Rotate clockwise until the small measuring probe touches the inside right of the torch-
body rack
Perform straight horizontal movement backwards until the small measuring probe
touches the rear surface
Perform straight horizontal movement forwards
Rotate approx. 90° counter-clockwise
Perform straight horizontal movement backwards until the small measuring probe
touches the rear surface
