❒ Lift the gears until the gear supports fold under and place the entire unit on the
floor
❒ Fit spacer for agitator head to gears
- 6x hexagonal screw M12 x 35 mm
- 6x spacer washer M12
❒ Place the intermediate plate on top of the gears and flange of the open trough and
fit to the flange of the trough channel
- 4x hexagonal screw M16 x 40 mm
- 4x spacer washer M16
➥ Ensure that the stir plate and open trough are parallel
➥ TIP: Align using spacer washers between the trough flange and gears
Torsion arm agitator TGR 150/200 only
❒ Fit cover plates to intermediate plate
- 8x hexagonal screw M10 x 16 mm
- 8x spacer washers M10
❒ Align the stirring head with the troughs in the store in accordance with the
installation diagram
Fix the stirring head to the floor:
❒ Make 2 holes each in the floor on the left and right for the adjustable feet
❒ Drill the holes marked
- Drill diameter 15 mm
- Min. drill depth 105 mm
❒ Insert the heavy load anchors into the bore holes and tighten with a spanner (SW
17 mm)
❒ Fit the trough cover on the open trough (depending on design)
➥ Countersunk Allen screws M8 x 25 mm (number of screws depends on the
length of the trough)
