10. Seperate the stem from
the body and remove the
plunger.
11. Inspect the plunger seat
for evidence of excessive
wear. Replace if necessary.
12. Install a new plunger and
ensure it travels smoothly in
the stem.
13. Reassemble the
valve.
14. Tighten the valve stem
to the valve body.
15. Reinstall the valve coil.
16. Reinstall the coil
retaining nut...
17...and tighten with a 14
mm wrench.
18. Reinstall the valve onto
the machine by....
19...realigning and secur-
ing the inlet and outlet
tubes.
20. Carefully align and se-
cure the discharge tube.
21. Reinstall the two power
leads to the coil.
22. Reinstall the machines
front panel.
23. Reinstall the main switch knob and return the machine
to service. Check for proper operation.
