To mute the primary sound, you must push and hold the mute button for about 2-3 seconds
while on the regular “Sounds” screen. The screen will display “M/_”.

Actions that Won’t Work with FOXFUSION

There are a number of actions that will not work while FOXFUSION is engaged. They are listed
below.

You cannot fuse presets or FOXCAST sequences—only individual sounds.

Actions that Will Deactivate FOXFUSION

By making any of the following actions, FOXFUSION will be deactivated.

Changing of the primary sound

Engaging other FOX FEATURES

Pushing a preset quick access button

FOXBANG activation

Playback of a FOXCAST sequence

FOXMOTION

FOXMOTION is a unique feature that allows you to “move” the sound between the main
speaker and an external speaker at varying rates to portray an effect of the sound (animal)
moving. There are 5 different rates or speeds at which you can have FOXMOTION operate.  The
lower the setting, the more gradual the transition from one speaker to the other will be.

Activating FOXMOTION:

1.

Turn on the X2S and X2S remote.

2.

Begin sound playback like normal.

3.

Access the X2S remote main menu and select the FOX FEATURES item.

4.

Select FOXMOTION and change it to on. Then select the Rate item directly beneath it
to adjust the speed that FOXMOTION operates at.

Tip from FOXPRO

FOXMOTION can be stacked with FOXPITCH to provide an incredibly unique sound playback
experience. Another exciting technique is to use FOXMOTION while playing a stereo audio
file to develop the effect of two animals moving around.

5-3

FOXBANG

When activated, FOXBANG reacts to the report of a firearm by automatically switching to an
assigned function established within the X2S remote.  There are 8 different settings for
FOXBANG.  The available functions you can link to FOXBANG activation include: FOXDATA, mute
