Accessing the Prime Syrup Pump Mode
The Prime Syrup Pump mode allows the
individual pumps to pump only syrup through
the line without dispensing product. The Prime
Syrup Pump mode is used when installing new
or replacement flavors in the lines, priming
syrup that has been in the lines more than 2
weeks, and also after the CIP procedure.
1. From the main menu screen, press the
SETUP key in the upper left corner.
2. Press the MAINTENANCE key.
3. Press the PRIME SYRUP PUMP key.

The menu screen should read “Prime Syrup
Mode” above the flavors.
NOTE:
INJECTOR FLUSH KEY IS INTENDED
FOR USE WITH NON-FCB SYSTEMS.

NOT PRESS INJECTOR FLUSH
, AS AIR
AND/OR PRODUCT WILL DISPENSE FROM
THE SPOUT FOR SEVERAL SECONDS AND
SERVES NO SPECIFIC PURPOSE WITH THE
FCB SYSTEM.
5. Place a container under the spout. Select
the flavor / pump for priming and syrup will
begin to flow. Press the key again to stop
the syrup flow.
6. Repeat Step 5 for any other flavors that
need to be primed.
7. When no additional flavors need to be
primed, draw a serving to clear the door
spout opening of any residual flavor.
8. Press DONE to return to the main screen.
