12. SAFELY DISPOSING OF A PBC 6000
If the PBC 6000 becomes damaged beyond repair or simply worn to a nonfunctional state after
years of service, it should be put out of service only after it is safe to dispose of it. First, remove
all lubricants from the machine. Dispose of the lubricants according to your appropriate local
environmental regulations. After the lubricants and belts have been disposed of bring the system
to a recycling center or metal scrap facility.
