Removing valves or cover plates
Mounting
Proceed as follows:
1. Make sure the seal is not damaged. Replace seals if they
are damaged.
2. Make sure that the seals are seated correctly.
The cord seal between the manifold sub-base and the
component must be seated in the recess of the component.
3. Place the component on the manifold sub-base.
4. Screw the component at first only slightly and then
tighten with the following torque:
–
Valve width 18 mm (VSVA-...-A2): 1.0 Nm (± 10 %)
–
Valve width 26 mm (VSVA-...-A1): 2.0 Nm (± 10 %)
–
Valve width 42 mm (VSVA-...-D1): 3.0 Nm (± 20 %)
–
Valve width 52 mm (VSVA-...-D2): 6.5 Nm (± 20 %)
