Dismounting

Proceed as follows:

1. Remove the valve terminal from the mounting surface

(see Section 5.2).

2. Dismantle the manifold sub-base or the pneumatic supply

plate at the point where you wish to extend the valve
terminal (see Section 5.3.4).

Mounting

Proceed as follows:

1. Mount the new manifold sub-base and, if applicable, an

additional pneumatic supply plate (see Section 5.3.4).

2. Mount the corresponding components, e.g. vertical

stacking components, valves or cover plates onto the
empty valve positions (see Section 5.3.2 for fitting vertical
stacking components and Section 5.3.4 for fitting valves
or cover plates).

3. Mount the valve terminals onto the mounting surface

(see Chapter 2 Mounting, “Wall mounting” or “H-rail
mounting”).

4. Then install the pneumatic and electrical connections

(see Chapter 3 “Installation, Connecting the VTSA... valve
terminal”).
