Replace the electronic
module
The counter status of the Condition Counter is saved in the
MPA electronic module. If you replace the electronic module
before parameterised limit values have been reached:
1. Note the counter states of the valves for which a limit
value has been defined. The difference between the limit
value and the counter status results in the remaining
value.
2. Replace the MPA electronic module
3. Parameterise the relevant limit values in the new elec
tronic module on the basis of the remaining values.
Example of replacement of an MPA electronic module:
Channel x of the electronic module is parameterised to limit
value 3 million. The electronic module is replaced at counter
status 2.5 million. Parameterise the limit value of channel x in
the new electronic module to 0.5 million.
