Commissioning the field bus

Commission the SPC200 as field bus slave as follows:

1. Set the PROFIBUS address with WinPISA or with

the operating panel.

2. Configure the Profibus with the appropriate configu-

ration software (e.g. with COM PROFIBUS or STEP
7 hardware configurator).

3. Test the PROFIBUS connection in online mode.

The subsequent sections contain detailed information.
