1. Switch on the compressed air supply.
2. Check the function and operation of each individual valve−
actuator combination by actuating the manual override
(see the following tables).
Note
Incorrect actuation of the non−locking manual override can
lead to malfunctioning or damage to the manual override.

Use a screwdriver (blade width max. 3 mm) for actuating
the manual override.

Actuate the manual override with only max. 25 N.
3. Make sure that all valves are in the basic position before
commissioning the valve terminal.
Caution
Valves with manual overrides in switch position can move
actuators unintentionally during commissioning. This can
cause injury to people and damage to property.

Before commissioning, reset all manual overrides to
their basic positions again.
If the manual override is in the actuated state, it is not
possible to reset the valve to its basic position with an
electric signal. The manual override is dominant in this
case.
4. Switch off the compressed air supply after testing the
valves.
