Problem Remedy Cause
Conveyed parts facing wrong
way at end of conveyor belt – Conveyed parts are turned
the wrong way due to un-
evenness of the system edge
or
– Conveyed parts are turned
the wrong way when previ-
ous/following parts are
blown down.
1. Close the compressed air
restrictor.
2. Observe the conveyed parts
at the end of the conveyor
belt:
– Turned: Replace system
edge; open compressed air
restrictor.
– Not turned: Open com-
pressed air restrictor; reduce
the blow-down duration with
CheckKon or increase the dis-
tance between conveyed
parts.
When a new sample part has
been learnt, good test parts are
sorted out as bad parts Teach procedure interrupted
with STOP button 1. Repeat teach procedure for
new sample part
2. Conclude teach process: Do
not press the STOP button,
but use the key switch to
switch to operating mode
SELECT.
Blow-down timing point/
duration of the Checkbox is not
correct.
Test part deviation is shown
unusually long on LCD
TOLERANCE. Checkbox runs in diagnostic
mode (setting via CheckKon or
