Before a pattern can be changed,
it is necessary to first clear (remove) the current
pattern. Press a switch (2 through 8) to clear (re-
move) the current pattern and extinguish LED’s 2
through 8. The Reset/Save LED will be flashing.
NOTE
All available patterns are shown in figure 2-6.

Press switch 3 to select the
pattern number’s tens digit. Switch 3 LED is illumi-
nated.
f.
Press switch 5 to select the
pattern number’s ones digit. Switch 5 LED is flash-
ing. The control head’s display now indicates switch 8
is configured with pattern #35, no SignalMaster
pattern, auxiliary relay C activation, and push-on/
push-off switch operation.
g.
Press the Reset/Save switch to
save this configuration. The control head display will
indicate the last switch configured. Therefore, switch
8 LED is illuminated.
h.
To exit Level 2 Configuration,
press the Reset/Save switch a second time.
i.
Press the Reset/Save switch a
third time to exit the configuration mode. A longer
beep will sound and the Reset/Save LED will change
from flashing to steady illumination indicating the
system is ready for use.
j.
Press switch 8 and ensure that it
is now configured with pattern #35. Proceed to
Change 6 below.

Change 6—change the pods used for
utility patterns from pods 3 & 5 to pods 2 & 6.
NOTE
All utility patterns must use the same set of
pods. Refer to the configuration restrictions
described in paragraph 2-3.
a.
Enter the configuration mode as
described in paragraph 2-2.A.
b.
Press switch 10 to enter Level 2
Configuration mode. A beep is heard and the Reset/
Save LED will be flashing. The two options now
available are: pressing the switch to be reconfigured,
or pressing the Reset/Save switch to save the current
configuration and exit Level 2 Configuration mode.
c.
Press switch 3. See figure 2-4.
The control head display will indicate that switch 3 is
configured with pattern #83 (take down lights using
pods 3 & 5), no SignalMaster pattern, no auxiliary
relay, and push-on/push-off switch operation.
d.
Press a switch (2 through 8) to
clear (remove) the pattern and extinguish LED’s 2
through 8. The Reset/Save LED will be flashing.
NOTE
Utility patterns are shown in figure 2-6. Also,
see figure 2-7 to determine the pod numbers.

Press switch 8 to select the
pattern number’s tens digit. Switch 8 LED is illumi-
nated.

Press switch 4 to select the
pattern number’s ones digit. Switch 4 LED is flash-
ing. The control head’s display now indicates switch 3
is configured with pattern #84 (take down lights
using pods 2 & 6), no SignalMaster pattern, no
auxiliary relay, and push-on/push-off switch opera-
tion.
g.
Press the Reset/Save switch to
save switch 3’s configuration. The control head
display will indicate the last switch configured.
Therefore, switch 3 LED is illuminated.
h.
Press switch 10. See figure 2-4.
The control head display will indicate that switch 10
is configured with pattern #76 (left alley light using
pod 3), no SignalMaster pattern, no auxiliary relay,
and push-on/push-off switch operation.
i.
Press a switch (2 through 8) to
clear (remove) the pattern and extinguish LED’s 2
through 8. The Reset/Save LED will be flashing.
j.
Press switch 7 to select the
pattern number’s tens digit. Switch 7 LED is illumi-
nated.
k.
Press switch 8 to select the
pattern number’s ones digit. Switch 8 LED is flash-
ing. The control head’s display now indicates switch
10 is configured with pattern #78 (left alley light
using pod 2), no SignalMaster pattern, no auxiliary
relay, and push-on/push-off switch operation.
l.
Press the Reset/Save switch to
save switch 10’s configuration. The control head
display will indicate the last switch configured.
Therefore, switch 10 LED is illuminated.
